GENERAL
· All prices include one colour imprint onto 1 location, except where indicated.

· An “Order Confirmation” will always be faxed within 24 hours of receiving an order. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE OUR ORDER CONFIRMATION PLEASE CALL & VERIFY THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PURCHASE ORDER!
· Production Time: 10 – 15 working days from receipt of Purchase Order, camera-ready artwork and approved credit. Order processing is dependent on prior approval by our credit department. Rush service may be available at no extra charge.
TERMS
· All first-time orders are pre-paid only. · Upon approved credit, terms are Net 30 days from the date on the invoice.
· Unfortunately we are forced to await receipt of payment for past due balances before releasing orders. It is your responsibility to ensure your account is current and up-to-date.
IMPRINTING & SET-UP CHARGES
· $60.00(G) Set-up charge per imprint colour/location. $48.00(G) Repeat Set-up charge per imprint colour/location (imprint must remain exactly as your previous order).
STAINLESS STEEL TRAVEL MUGS
· One-colour-only imprints: Except for #21-328B Chubby Cup, price includes one colour imprint on 1 or 2 sides (imprint colour must be the same if on both sides).
· For #21-328B Chubby Cup ONLY: Price includes one color imprint on 1 side only; each additional imprint colour is extra (per colour, per side)
· Multi-colour imprints: Price includes one colour imprint on 1 side only; each additional imprint colour is extra (per colour, per side).
· Set-Up Charge: $60.00 (G) per imprint colour/location. Repeat Set-Up Charge: $40.00(G) per imprint colour/location. Pad print technique is used to imprint.
PMS COLOR MATCH
· No extra charge! We will make every effort to match the colour you specify but we cannot guarantee an exact PMS colour match as the PMS system is the standard for printing on white substrate products only.
LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS
· $60.00(G) charge. Absolute minimum is half the 1st column quantity or $300.00(C) value, whichever is greater.
· NOT AVAILABLE for Air Fresheners, Moist Towelettes, Snowbrushes and Ice Scrapers, Lip Balm.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
· $100.00(G) includes 1 colour imprint on 1 location; additional imprint colours add $60.00(G) per colour/location + applicable running charges.

SPEC SAMPLES
· $150.00(G) + End Column Price of item includes 1 colour imprint on 1 location and all set-up charges! REBATEABLE UPON ORDER VALUE OVER $10,000.00(A). For additional imprint colours add $100.00(G) per colour/location.
· If no changes are made to the artwork, upon order you will only incur the Repeat Set-Up Charge of $40.00(G) per colour/location.

BLANK GOODS (NO IMPRINT!)
· End Column Pricing! Absolute Minimum $300.00 (C) per order, regardless of the listed minimum quantity. Not available for Air Fresheners.
· This EXCLUDES items which are already sold as Blank-Goods-Only, such as many kit components – USE REGULAR LISTED PRICE.
· Shipping time: 2-3 working days from receipt of P.O. & approved credit. Most Blank Goods are shipped in their original retail packaging. A labor charge will apply if a repack is required.
PAPER PROOFS
· INCLUDED WITH EVERY ORDER! Orders remain on hold pending receipt of dated & signed approval.
· TOTAL responsibility for design, accuracy and imprint colour lies with the customer when a paper proof is approved.
SAMPLE POLICY
ALL sample requests must be submitted in writing, via fax or e-mail!
· BLANK SAMPLES – FIRST COLUMN PRICING.
· IMPRINTED SAMPLES (RANDOM) – END COLUMN PRICING. Samples ship out via ground courier or Parcel Post at no charge.
· All samples (EXCEPT First Aid Kits) are returnable in 30 days for credit. Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization number prior to returning samples, and note this number on the cartons and paperwork.
SHIPPING
· F.O.B. Toronto, ON. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice, and will be quoted beforehand on the Order Confirmation.
· DROP SHIPMENTS – Shipping to multiple locations at once, add $15.00(A) per shipment, max. 10 shipments.
HAZARDOUS GOODS STORAGE & SHIPPING
· Store kits containing GUNKâ or other tire sealants, and/or XTRAä Fuel Injector Cleaner, and/or WD-40®, outside the passenger area of the vehicle, preferably in the trunk or secured in the spare tire well. Do not expose to direct sunlight or to temperatures exceeding 50 C.
· Kits containing these items must ship via ground courier only.

RETURNS & BACK-ORDERS
· Return shipments will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by a Return Authorization Number from Superex.
· Replacement product will be sent when repair of original is not possible. In all cases BLANK (no imprint) products will be used for replacements. When no replacement is available a credit note will be issued for product cost at time of original order.
· All products come with a minimum 1-year warranty.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
· HARDCOPY - Colour-separated, black & white camera-ready artwork to-size, min. 1200 dpi, with all crop marks and registration marks clearly indicated
· ELECTRONIC – PC format, in .eps, .ai .tif, .cdr; all text converted to curves/outlines to avoid font matching problems.
· Artwork charges will apply to clean up artwork that is non-camera ready or submitted in low resolution formats (such as .jpeg or .gif) or with embedded or linked/scanned images. Cost $100.00(G) per hour. Typesetting: $15.00(A) per line; Colour Separations: $30.00(A) per colour.
· Halftones must be on their own on properly registered paper or film layer and be 100% black - specify the percentage they are to be (25-75%). Halftones are no additional charge, but may not be available for all items.
AIR FRESHENER ARTWORK DETAILS
· At all times crop marks must be clearly indicated, otherwise we will not know where on the Air Fresheners to “place” your imprint!
· Ensure that all colours are trapped with appropriate bleeds/chokes of at least 2 points, with registration marks clearly indicated. Any design or copy should not be less than .75 points wide.
· Ensure that any bleeds, including keyline style borders, run several points beyond the edges on your submitted artwork.
· Allow for the small string hole when designing your artwork (located approx. 3/16” from the top of each Air Freshener).
TRADEMARKS
· Superex will not use imprinted product for marketing materials if advised by the customer not to do so. All designs & logos shown in this catalogue are for purposes of illustrating the type & quality of imprinted products available, and are not intended to represent any endorsement of/by/for any product/service.
MISC.
· Shut down last 2 weeks of December for inventory - no shipping will occur, and customer service will be available on a limited basis only.
· Cancellations must be received in writing, and are subject to all costs incurred + 20% re-stocking charge, minimum $50(Z), without exception.
· +/-5% over/under the ordered amount shall be considered a complete production run (+/- 10% for Air Fresheners & Moist Towelettes) as per industry standards.
· Distributor Self-Promotions - EQP less 10%; offer excludes Air Fresheners, Moist Towelettes, Snowbrushes and Ice Scrapers, Blank Goods and items on special (call factory for special pricing).
