HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
Simply complete the registration card included with your kit and send it to the address indicated. Shortly thereafter your Access Card will arrive in the mail. This Access Card should be stored in the glove box of your vehicle!
When roadside assistance services are required simply call the toll-free number printed on the Access Card. The nearest service provider will be dispatched to help you, and will usually arrive within 45 minutes or less (depending on traffic & weather conditions at the time, and the actual location where the service is needed). You must show your valid Access Card to the service provider to receive service. When completed, simply sign and drive away.
All services are limited to a maximum of $60.00 per incident and 3 incidents per year. Any amounts over are payable to the service provider at the time service is rendered.
